Common issues

I didn't receive my verification email

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address
  3. Try registering again if the email was wrong
  4. Contact support if the issue persists

My submission was rejected

  1. Go to the submission detail page
  2. Review the error messages from the IRS
  3. Common causes: invalid TIN format, name mismatches, missing required fields
  4. Create a new submission with corrected data

I can't find my Receipt ID

Your Receipt ID is displayed on the submission detail page after a successful submission. Go to your dashboard and click on the submission to view it.

My payment failed

  1. Make sure your card details are correct
  2. Check that your card has sufficient funds
  3. Try a different payment method
  4. Contact your bank if the issue persists
