Best for small businesses with a few forms to file.

Professional -- $149/year

Best for businesses filing many forms.

  • Up to 500 forms included
  • Bulk CSV/Excel upload
  • Priority support
  • AI assistant
  • Corrections & replacement filing
  • Only $0.30 per form (90% savings)

How to pay

  1. From your dashboard, click Billing
  2. Choose your plan:
    • Pay Per Form: Enter the number of forms, click Pay
    • Professional: Click Subscribe Now
  3. You'll be redirected to Stripe (our secure payment processor)
  4. Complete payment with credit/debit card
  5. You'll be redirected back to your dashboard

After payment

  • Pay Per Form: Your payment is recorded and you can submit that many forms
  • Professional: Your subscription activates immediately with 500 forms included

Payment security

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.

Subscription management

View your active subscription from the Billing page:

  • Plan type and status
  • Forms used / forms included
  • Renewal date

Receipts

Payment confirmations are sent to your registered email. You can also view payment history from the Billing page.
