How to pay
- From your dashboard, click Billing
- Choose your plan:
- Pay Per Form: Enter the number of forms, click Pay
- Professional: Click Subscribe Now
- You'll be redirected to Stripe (our secure payment processor)
- Complete payment with credit/debit card
- You'll be redirected back to your dashboard
After payment
- Pay Per Form: Your payment is recorded and you can submit that many forms
- Professional: Your subscription activates immediately with 500 forms included
Payment security
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Subscription management
View your active subscription from the Billing page:
- Plan type and status
- Forms used / forms included
- Renewal date
Receipts
Payment confirmations are sent to your registered email. You can also view payment history from the Billing page.
